Dear student,
GEC Gaya admission to BTech courses is through the Undergraduate Engineering Admission Counselling (UGEAC) process, which is based on the JEE Main score. During the counselling process, the conducting body BCECEB does not release any cutoffs for BTech admission. Instead, they release a merit list. Every year, the marks required to make it to the merit list change as per the marks obtained by the applicants. To answer your second question, yes, GEC Gaya is a decent choice for students who want admission to BTech. The college has an up-to-date curriculum and all the facilities required by students, like a library, hostels, labs, a Wi-Fi campus, etc.
