‘Government College of Engineering’ offers the scholarship to their students which provide financial assistance to students. GCE scholarship helps students by providing loans, fee concession, money prizes, etc. The scholarship is provided to deserving students by the Government and other agencies. GCE scholarships for SC/ST/BC/MBC students are named as State Government Scholarship, Government of India Post Matric scholarship, State Government Award for Bright Students, State Government Award of Prize Money. In State Government Scholarship, a full fee waiver is awarded to BC/MBC/DNC students whose parental income is up to Rs. 1,00,000/- per year and the student is the first graduate in the family and if income limit alone is satisfied than half fee scholarship will be provided. Similarly, the Government of India Post Matric Scholarship is applicable to those SC/ST students whose parental income does not exceed Rs. 2,00,000/- per year.

Moreover, the State Government Award for Bright Students scholarship will be provided to those SC/ST students who secure the highest marks in H.Sc. exam in the respective schools. Likewise, eligibility criteria for State Government Award of Prize Money are applicable to those SC/ST students who secure 60 % and above in B.E. degree examinations in 4 years.
