There are 60 seats available for each speciality in the BE/B.Tech programme. The candidates applying for the GAT Bangalore BE/B.Tech admissions must be at least 18 years old. Candidates who have completed a three-year engineering or polytechnic diploma are eligible for straight later entry into the second year of the BE/B.Tech course. Candidates for admission to MBA programmes must have completed a recognised bachelor's degree (such as a BBA, B.Com, BA, BSc, etc.) with a minimum 3-year duration examination, or an equivalent examination, or a higher degree (such as a B.E., M.Tech, ME, etc.), and must have earned a minimum cumulative grade point average of 50% in all subjects, including languages, across all years of the degree examination. (In the case of SC, ST, and Category-I applicants from Karnataka, 45% of marks in the qualifying exam). must possess a current PGCET score or rank. Global Academy of Technology PhD admissions are offered in a number of science and engineering fields. Candidates for the M.Sc. (Research) and PhD programmes must have a Master's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution with a minimum grade point average of 60%. The University Level Research Aptitude Test (ULRAT), UGC-NET, or CSIR-NET results are used to determine the candidates.
