There is a procedure for changing the college after completing one year in a particular college and getting direct admission in second year in another college. The first and foremost condition is that both colleges should be affiliated to the same university. Secondly, you must have exceptional academic performance in the first year. However, the possibility of transfer is very unlikely. Government College of Pharmacy Shimla was established in the year 2005. It is approved by AICTE, PCI and affiliated to H.P. Technical University. The institute offers a solo course i.e. Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) and it is one of the best colleges for pharmacy courses in Shimla.
