Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus is an  an Autonomous Institution established in 2001. The institute is known to be the only private Institution in the Telangana State, to be accredited with NAAC A + by National Assessment and Accreditation Council. GNITC is affiliated to JNTU, Hyderabad. Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus was conferred with “Certificate of Excellence Award” at the Global Quality Awards and recognized as “Quality Professional Institution of the Year, Telangana”. Besides this, the college also received at the Indo-Global Education Summit as the “Award for Educational Excellence”. Panineeya Institute received the “Award of Excellence in the field of Education and Dentistry” award from the State Government. 

Guru Nanak Institutions has collaborated with many reputer national as well as international universities driven by common interest in science, teaching and research. Global Affairs and Student Counseling Cell advises students on various research programs abroad and facilitates global research tours.Guru Nanak Institutions provide knowledge-based education for the development of quality professionals and lay a strong foundation for the lifelong learning and research process. Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus is currently offering bachelor, diploma and master program in management, engineering and pharmacy. Most of the courses of GNITC, Hyderabad are NBA Accredited. Besides this, the college also offers many courses in collaboration with reputed companies and organizations. There are many centers available at the campus such as Centre of Excellence for 3D, Center of Excellence for civil engineering and solar application. The college also conduct fests and events at regular intervals to encourage the involment of students so that then can also find interest in other activities also. Students of Guru Nanak Institutions Technical Campus are futher encouraged to participate in sports events conducted at the campus as well as outside the campus.
