Overall: I had an amazing experience at my college. The professors were knowledgeable and supportive, the campus was beautiful and lively, and the student body was diverse and friendly. I learned so much from my courses and extracurricular activities, and I made lifelong connections with my peers and mentors. My college prepared me well for my future career and personal growth. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality education in a stimulating environment.

Placement: I had a great experience with my placement in college. It was challenging, rewarding and fun. I learned a lot from my mentors and peers, and I got to work on real projects that made a difference. I also made some lifelong friends and connections along the way. I would highly recommend this placement to anyone who wants to grow professionally and personally.

Infrastructure: I am very impressed by the infrastructure of my college. The campus is spacious and well-maintained, with beautiful gardens and lawns. The classrooms are equipped with modern technology, such as smart boards, projectors and Wi-Fi. The library is huge and has a rich collection of books, journals and e-resources. The labs are state-of-the-art and have all the necessary equipment and facilities. The sports complex is amazing and has a variety of indoor and outdoor games. The hostel is comfortable and has a friendly atmosphere. The canteen serves delicious and hygienic food. The college also has a medical center, a bank, a post office and a shopping complex within the premises. I feel lucky to be a part of this college and I enjoy every moment of my academic life here.

Faculty: I am so happy to share my review on the faculty of my college. They are amazing teachers who are passionate about their subjects and always ready to help their students. They have inspired me to pursue my academic goals and challenged me to think critically and creatively. Overall: I graduated from Haldia Institute of Technology in 2023 with a degree in chemical engineering science. I had a great experience studying there, as the faculty was very supportive and knowledgeable, the campus was well-equipped and modern, and the placement opportunities were excellent. The institute has a strong reputation in the industry and offers various courses and programs to suit different interests and goals. I would recommend Haldia Institute of Technology to anyone who wants to pursue a quality education in engineering or technology.

Placement: I graduated from Haldia Institute of Technology in 2023 with a degree in chemical engineering science. I had a good experience with the placement cell of the college, which helped me secure a job at a reputed company. The placement cell was very supportive and proactive in arranging campus interviews, mock tests, resume workshops, and career guidance sessions. The college also had a strong alumni network that provided mentorship and referrals to the students. The placement cell had tie-ups with many leading companies in the IT sector, such as Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, Accenture, and IBM. The average salary package offered to the students was around 4.5 lakhs per annum, which was decent for a fresher. The highest package offered was 12 lakhs per annum by Microsoft. The placement rate of the college was around 85%, which was impressive considering the competitive market scenario. I would recommend Haldia Institute of Technology to anyone who wants to pursue a career in computer science and engineering.

Infrastructure: Review on infrastructure of Haldia institute of technology from student I am a student of Haldia institute of technology and I would like to share my opinion on the infrastructure of the college. The campus is spacious and well-maintained, with greenery and gardens. The classrooms are equipped with smart boards, projectors and Wi-Fi. The labs are modern and have all the necessary equipment and software. The library is huge and has a variety of books, journals and e-resources. The hostel facilities are also good, with clean rooms, hygienic food and recreational activities. The college also has a gym, a sports complex, a cafeteria and a medical center. Overall, I am satisfied with the infrastructure of Haldia institute of technology and I think it provides a conducive environment for learning and development.

Faculty: Review on my teaching faculty I have been a student at this institution for two years and I would like to share my honest feedback on the teaching faculty. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of education and the support I have received from the instructors. They are knowledgeable, experienced, and passionate about their subjects. They are also approachable, responsive, and helpful whenever I have questions or difficulties. They use various methods and tools to make the learning process engaging and interactive. They also provide constructive feedback and guidance to help me improve my skills and performance.

Hostel: Review on hostel in my college I have been living in the hostel of my college for two years now and I can say that it is a decent place to stay. The hostel is well-maintained, clean and secure. The rooms are spacious and have basic amenities like bed, cupboard, table and chair. The bathrooms are shared but they are cleaned regularly. The hostel also has a common room, a library, a gym and a cafeteria. The hostel staff are friendly and helpful. The hostel fees are reasonable and include electricity, water and internet charges. The hostel is not perfect, though. There are some drawbacks that I would like to point out. The hostel is located far from the main campus, so it takes a lot of time and money to commute. The hostel rules are strict and sometimes unreasonable. For example, we have to follow a curfew, we cannot bring guests or food from outside, we cannot play music or watch TV after 10 pm, etc. The hostel also lacks some facilities like laundry, medical and sports. The hostel food is bland and repetitive. Overall, I would rate the hostel 3 out of 5 stars. It is a good option for students who want to save money and live in a comfortable environment. However, it is not suitable for students who value freedom and convenience more.

Overall: Haldia Institute of Technology is the college which is in the top 5 engineering colleges in West Bengal. It looks excellent and the faculty members in the college are very helpful and friendly. It supplies all type of features like good guidence, library, and etc. Overall this should have minimum 8 star.

Placement: Non core branch get more priority than core branches. But here it is not true as because the placement record. According to the record the core branch placement is better than the non core. Where non core branch gets off campus placements of 5 lpa, core branch gets on campus placements of minimum 7 lpa. Each year 80 percent ( avarage) students get placement with avarage 6 lpa

Infrastructure: Every department has good infrastructure and the college authorities are very carefull about that. From maintenance of education to caring of cultural programmes HIT looks both. It should have minimum 6 star for infrastructure

Faculty: Faculty members are very caring and behave friendly. They totally looks around the campus and ragging is totally suspended for them. While living hostel we have been reviewed by them often. Obviously faculty members give their effort for us and they deserve minimum 9 stars

Hostel: First year hostels are neat and clean . Also it's foods are both tasty and hygienic. There are guards like our relatives. Frankly behaviour of hostel warden sir, caring of hostel members are heart touching. Second year hostels have one problem of lacking of space. Other hostels, foreign hostel, separate girl's hostels are in very good condition. It can be felt living in an separate apartment in those hostels. HIT should have 7 stars for hostels

Dont fall for their good looking website. The college is very bad.

Overall: Very bad college. Many professors harass the students for no reason. No system in this college. But they will behave as if you are the one who is at fault to cover up their flaws. And almost everyone more or less like this. Teaching quality is below average. Labs may look good from outside, but many things are non functional like computers etc. Lab assistants are by nature irresponsible. Lets not talk about the office staff. The atmosphere is toxic for a students who wants to do somehting in his /her life. Dont go for this college if you enjoy gaining knowledge and prefer to study on yourself and independently.

Placement: The placement of this college, at least in Chemical engg. department is very average. You can work hard and get placed on yourself. But on campus recruitments are limited to mass recruiters and companys never heard of.

Hostel: I have stayed on my 1st year in Ranichak hostel which can be said good. The mess food is average. Snacks and soft drinks are also regularly available in the mess.
