Placement: Placement of my college are very good..this year 26 lacks was the highest package...there are many companies come here like Infosys, synopsis. I am very thankful to placed.

Faculty: My department was cse..there are many facilities in my department..all was best teacher...they motivated ne for doing my best...all was helpful.if you have problem you ask him anytime..he will be available...

Hostel: The hostels are also quite good and the food is decent there in the mess. Medical and sports facilities are very good and we can play any sports in the college. Placements: Last year in 2022, 91 percent of the students were placed from this college

Overall: Hit Is a very good engineering college in west Bengal which was the first private self financed degree engineering college in west Bengal. It is situated in Haldia which is famous for Petro chemical industry. And the faculty and Administrative officer are too helpful And placement is so good and better than any other private college in west Bengal

Placement: Tcs , Capgemini,Cognizant, Tech Mahindra,Infosys, Wipro, IBM,L&T Infotech and any other it company are visited our college and recruited our student every year .

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is so updated . Campus is so beautiful every lab is full air-conditioned every lab has 60 plus computer . And teacher as well as the placement cell is so helpful and active

Faculty: There are total 250 faculty in our college. Most of them have phd degree and they are very much experienced their explanation is so good . They are very helpful to student.

Hostel: Every Hostel are super facilities with attached bathroom. With wifi facilities and canteen, 24 hrs power supply and warden are so stricted . There are separate bed for every student

Placement: For me, I think computer base, chemical, mechanical, civil and electrical base students are get a job very easily in HIT. If students are clear about the basic of the subject they can easily get a job from their 6th sem also. And if the students do any internship from a reputed company it's like a cup of tea for those students to get job.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure in HIT is average for me. Because What I feel that the first year can't do regularly classes in main building, they do their classes in Library. And the practical lab's system is not so modern tyep or such that.

Faculty: Faculty members are so responsible and very good. They always aware for the students health and also the capacity of a student to understand a topic at the class time. They always give an extra time for those students who are quite slow in understanding. I am also one of them from the students.

Hostel: Their are two or three hostel available for HIT students. P5(in campus), Ranichak hostel, Balaji Hostel. Generally Ranichak hostel is far better than other two hostels because in p5 and Balaji their are quite ragging occurred. But at the other side Ranichak hostel is 5 min away form college so it is a bad thing for students. In my opinion it is better for the students to live in Mess or private room than Hostel.

Overall: 1. College is good if you are looking for a good college nearby Haldia area. 2. Teachers are average. So keep that in mind. 3. Overall good placements until 2024. Where placements really went down. 4. I would say there are better private colleges in WB. So if you don't have a compulsion don't come here.

Placement: Placement have been good in this college, up until 2024 when the companies coming here really dried up. There are lot more companies that come in colleges of Kolkata of same tier that don't come to HIT. So there is a huge gap of opportunity here.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is average. Labs are pretty old. Runs on really old softwares. Although hardwares like desktops and all are modern. Lab technicians don't know anything. Below par. Teaching standards in lab are also mostly average.

Faculty: Faculty are below average. Going by the amount of fees you pay in college you can get way better faculty in colleges of Kolkata than this college HIT. So keep that in mind. Faculties are supportive but their knowledge is nowhere up to the mark where it should be.

Hostel: Hostels are good in general. They clean regularly. No electricity or security problem. You can go out anytime if you are 3rd year or over. For 1st and 2nd year there are restrictions but not much.

Overall: Our college commonly known as HIT HALDIA is considered one of the best engeneering college in West Bengal. It is very famous for its beautiful campus. Though it's a private college but it's placement ratio is very impressive .

Placement: Our college provides an very impressive placement to us. mostly all well-known service based IT companies such as TCS, INFOSYS, WIPRO, TECH MAHINDRA and many other company come here. due to recession IT companies decrease their hiring numbers but HIT Is in better condition than other private engineering college's of West Bengal

Infrastructure: Now see HIT HALDIA is one of the oldest private engineering college's of West Bengal but the infrastructure along with it's campus is very beautiful. all necessary laboratories (required for CSE, mechanical, electronics and other engineering branches), playground, library with a huge number of books are present here

Faculty: all the faculty members including HOD ,lab assistant, professor, principal all of them are very helpful. Always ready to help us in studies. mostly they teach us in English but sometime in Hindi/ Bengali

Hostel: It have two hostel outside the campus only for 1st year boy's students and for 2nd 3rd 4th year students hostels are present inside the campus for both boys and girls

Overall: Apart from mess food quality everything seems better than that Nice and working computer labs. Good environment for study. Wifi equipped library,wifi equipped hostels a good and positive competitive environment

Placement: I had heard from many timesa out the placement of the college.It is good for computer science department, Information technology,Ece and chemical as well.

Infrastructure: Not so good infrastructure benches are kinda like school benches. Departments are air conditioned but in summer season you may get annoyed in theory lectures.

Faculty: Some faculties will teach you like how you have to be teached.. comparable to YouTube lectures but be attentive to understand all the lectures.If you pay atteythen good.

Hostel: Hostels room are big and sufficient but the mess quality seems not good if you go for non vegetarian items than its ok,not so good for vegetarian.snacjs items are good.
