HBTU Kanpur B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering - Fees, Eligibility, Seats and Admission 2024

Overall: I am first year BTech Computer science and engineering student of Hurtler Buttler Technical University kanpur, overall the college is good. It has decent placement and good college life.

Placement: Placement of this college is good. Mostly students are placed. It provides good placement even in lower branches like oil and paint, chemical engineering, etc. The average package is 5 lpa and highest package is 60 lpa.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of Hurtler Buttler Technical University kanpur is excellent. You will get pleased to visit the college. It has large campus area and large capacity seminar halls. It has good chairs for sitting purpose and college ground is very fit.

Faculty: I am little bit dissatisfied with faculty. The teachers are highly qualified but what they teach students don't understand. They teach in totally English.

Hostel: The hostel facility is very good. You will be given morning breakfast, lunch, dinner and plus point it gives snacks in evening. In snacks sometimes you will be provided fruits.

Overall: This is the one of the best college of UP.It provides everything that can any good college will give u. College exposure is extremely good but the placement is very bad and declining year by year.

Placement: Placements are getting worst year by year in this college.As of now in 2024,only 18 students placed out of 77 students of which only 2-3 student have 6+ lpa package which is worst. It is said that was becoz of recession in industry.It may become good in the next year

Infrastructure: Everything is provided in college but the only bad thing is that it's 2 campus are around 2-3km far from each other. You have to travel from one campus to another if u are in west campus.Very less no. of students plans higher education.Most of them are like placement mil jaye bs.

Faculty: Most of the facilities here are very friendly with the students .i remember there was student getting back in subject by 4-5 marks ,he just requested and they increased the marks.you can share anything with the teachers as they are very interactive

Hostel: Quality of the rooms is very much below average and food on the mess is very much average you may don't like it.Other bad thing is that hostels are 1km away from main building,u have to travel that much in lunch and come on time.
