Admissions at IHM Bangalore

Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Bangalore offers admission into a two year MSc program and three year BSc program. Besides this, the college also offers diploma and certificate programs of hospitality and hotel management. IHM Bangalore will follow a common admission process for all the degrees. Candidates who are applying for the BSc and MSc program need to appear for the NCHM JEE entrance exam in order to get eligible for admission while no entrance test is required for admission in the certificate and diploma program.   • Candidates who want to apply for BSc at IHM Bangalore must have cleared 12th examination or any equivalent with English as one of the main subjects. He or she must have cleared English in the qualifying examination. 
  • Candidates appearing in the 12th or equivalent examination can also appear for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) on a provisional basis. The college will cancel the provisional admission if the candidates failed to submit the proof of clearing the qualifying examination during the time of counselling. 

IHM Bangalore B.Sc/M.Sc Selection Process 2020

Selection for both the B.Sc and M.Sc program at Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition (IHM), Bangalore will be done on the basis of NCHM-JEE scores followed by individual performance in the personal interview.
