IIM Sirmaur Admission: The CAT 2023 result has been published. Candidates can download the result and CAT scorecard from iimcat.ac.in, the official website. The CAT percentile is mandatory for IIM Sirmaur MBA admission.
For IIM Sirmaur placements in 2023, more than 125 companies offered 243 job offers and the highest package stood at Rs 64.12 lakh per annum. The institute has 37 full-time faculty members and more than 170 visiting faculty members. The IIM Sirmaur NIRF ranking 2023 for the Management category is 98th along with the NIRF score of 43.26. In 2022, the NIRF ranking of the institute was 69th in the Management category and it had attained the NIRF score of 46.46.
The full-time residential MBA programme was IIM Sirmaur's inaugural offering in 2015. Later, in the year 2019–20, the full-time PhD programme and the full-time MBA (Tourism and Hospitality Management) programme were introduced. The IIM Sirmaur courses include MBA, MBA (Tourism and Hospitality Management) Executive MBA or EMBA (Digital Transformation and Analytics) and PhD. The IIM Sirmaur campus is presently under construction and it is operating from a temporary campus inside the Himachal Institute of Technology. IIM Sirmaur MBA Selection Process
- IIM Sirmaur is among the 9 IIMs which participate in the Common Admission Process (CAP) and accept the scores of the CAT exam.
- The IIM Sirmaur MBA admission process consists of multiple factors of evaluation like the class 10 and class 12 performance of students, section-wise scores in CAT, work experience, etc.
- The selection process for the flagship MBA course is 2-fold.
- The first stage is the selection of candidates for the Personal Interview (PI) round and the second stage is the preparation of the final merit list.
- Moreover, the IIM Sirmaur admission process for the MBA 2023-2025 batch would not include a Written Ability Test (WAT), unlike previous years. Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment Scholarship (SC)
This is a National Scholarship for Higher Education of Scheduled Caste (SC) students from Meritorious SC students in the first year of MBA. This scholarship covers tuition expenses fully.
Ministry of Tribal Affairs Scholarship (ST)
