You can join at the Indian Naval Academy, Cannanore after completing the 10th board exams through the 10+2 (B.Tech) Cadet Entry Scheme. This program allows unmarried male students to apply for a four-year B.Tech degree at the Indian Naval Academy in Ezhimala, Kerala. The eligibility criteria for this is that they must have completed their 12th grade with a minimum aggregate percentage of 60% in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics to be eligible. The Indian Naval Academy (INA) will accept JEE Main scores for admission to its 10+2 (B.Tech.) Cadet Entry Scheme (Permanent Commission). Candidates must have passed the 12th grade exam with a minimum of 60% overall in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in order to be eligible for this programme. Candidates accepted into the INA for a four-year B.Tech degree course must pass all phases of the selection procedure. They will receive their commission as officers in the Indian Navy upon satisfactory completion of the course.
Dear student, if the deadline is over for the year 2023, you cannot apply for Indian Naval Academy. However, you can apply for the next session after the registration gets open at the academy.
Under this, candidates send their applications to the academy, which sets a shortlisting criterion based on JEE Main exam ranks. The shortlisted candidates have to then undergo a 5-day assessment by the Service Selection Board, based on which candidates are recommended for admission into the academy.
