New Certificate Course on Drafting Research Proposal and Maritime Legislation - Enroll in our new certificate course focused on the essentials of drafting research proposals as well as insight into maritime legislation. This intensive course is designed for participants interested in the theoretical and practical aspects of research proposals and legislative drafting, particularly in maritime law. The course includes 60 hours of virtual classes and 15 hours of special discussion sessions, covering topics such as maritime safety, security, and environmental legislation. The course will be delivered through a Learning Management System (LMS) and is accessible on all devices. A graded certificate will be awarded upon completion. Registration is open until June 28, 2025, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Certificate Course on Teaching and Research – Law of the Sea and Maritime Law Available for Enrollment - The Institute of Law at Nirma University is offering a Certificate Course on 'Teaching and Research – Law of the Sea and Maritime Law'. This six-month, part-time online course consists of 60 hours of instruction and will run from June 25, 2025, to December 25, 2025. Classes will be held every Wednesday and Thursday from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM. The course covers various aspects of maritime law, including teaching pedagogy, maritime safety, and dispute settlements. Registration is open until June 24, 2025, on a first-come, first-served basis. The course fee is INR 5000 for general participants and INR 4000 for Nirma University students.
