JCE Chennai Placements 2023 - Average & Highest Package, Percentage

The Traning and Placement Office at JCE, Chennai is responsible for coordinating the entire placement activities. The expert trainers from the core and IT help the students to get their subject matter strong. Some of the top recruiters from India and abroad visit the JCE campus for the campus placements which usually begin in June and continue till early March. The training and placement office at JCE, Chennai is also responsible for communication skill enhancement, designing model aptitude tests, conducting group discussions, mock interviews and are also responsible for effective placement training which includes personality development program. The cell also conducts career guidance seminars for all the pre-final years, helps various departments in offering value-added courses for core and circuit branches on emerging technologies. It also conducts online assessment for the students. 

The Training and Placement Office also organises many training programmes for the students with the assistance of the in-house experts and every year, JCE conducts an annual seminar which focuses on employment opportunities, employability challenges and recruitment dynamics. For this, they also invite people from the core and non-core industries to share their thoughts when it comes to the opportunities in their respective fields.
