Overall: Jhalawar Medical College is like another good college in Rajasthan. It is generally preferred after Ajmer, kota due to distance, and less connectivity. Otherwise college is better than Ajmer, and Kota. Academic wise, all departments are strict and takes classes regularly (unlike other medical Colleges). Fests are slightly rare, distractions are less. But college is evolving
Faculty: Most of the departments are well equipped with staff, professors and PGs. All are supportive and helping in nature. Some are very strict related to attendance but it is good for students well being
Overall: Jhalawar is a small town in southern Rajasthan. The medical College, Jhalawar is located in the main city. The hospital is adjoined with the college which makes transportation a lot easier.Jhalawar Medical College has 200 seats for undergraduate MBBS course. Admissions are taken through NEET UG examination. Talking about Post Graduation,it has PG courses in almost all specialties. Admissions are taken through NEET PG. College campus is fine, the city is small but surrounded by rivers and forests which is a bounty for nature lovers. College life here is decent. Although it does lack at several parameters.
Faculty: Faculty members are quite experienced and skilled in their work. Most of the professors hold an MBBS,MD degree and other associate professors atleast have a PhD in their respective subjects. Faculty is appointed by RUHS board. So, overall faculty is the best thing about JMC.
