Hi, I am Manpreet Singh Sodhi and I am a 2nd year B.Sc Agriculture student at KR Mangalam University. The course fee is Rs 60,000 per semester. My journey so far at the university is more than what I expected. I have learned so many things about the agriculture sector that I feel confident about my future and about fulfilling my dreams.

Placement: What makes placements at KR Mangalam University so good is its industry-oriented curriculum and exceptional industry connections. Also, the university focuses on the career counselling of the students which makes the placement process more successful. At our university, the final placement process includes four rounds - pre-placement talk, written test, interview and GD. Companies such as Cargill, Zydex, Mahindra Agri Business, etc hire from our school with an average package of around Rs 3.5 LPA.

Infrastructure: when it comes to the campus facilities, the first thing that comes to my mind is the amphitheatre-style classrooms. Such a classroom makes studying really interesting. Also, at campus, we get to meet a lot of new people. Rendezvous is the inter-university annual fest of our university. This two-day long fest makes college life really memorable.

Faculty: Our teachers are definitely very experienced. From physics to chemistry to biology, they incorporate every aspect of farming and agricultural science in the curriculum and their lectures. Also, we get to work on live projects as a part of our curriculum. This makes getting practical experience easier for us.

Hostel: At KR Mangalam University, all hostels have 24 hours CCTV facility, making them secure enough. My room is very spacious and came with beds, study tables, chairs, built-in cupboards, ceiling fans, and lights. There is also the central AC. I am currently paying Rs 70,000 per semester for this room.

Overall: I graduated from one of the top-known university in Delhi NCR. Since I was a student of KRMU, I can assure you that this university is the ideal place for B.Sc.(Hons.) Agriculture. I got a thorough understanding of the agricultural sector through site visits and case studies including animals and crops.

Placement: Every year students of B.Sc.(Hons.) Agriculture get placement opportunities from renowned companies like Mahindra Agri, Reliance Foundation, JK Agri Genetics Ltd, SBI, Cargill, The Archer-Daniels-Midland Company, Bayer, and John Deere.

Infrastructure: The facilities for the course are outstanding; we have physics and chemistry labs that are well-equipped, a library, sports facilities, wifi, and much more. Overall: It's been a year since I graduated with B.Sc(Hons) in Data Science from one of the best colleges in Delhi NCR, I used to travel by university bus which was centralised with AC. The course curriculum is way too easy to understand since all my educators were highly supportive.

Infrastructure: As I live in the campus hostel, I can say we have the same facilities as the campus like well-centralised AC rooms, free wi-fi access, a cafeteria, indoor & outdoor games, a sports ground and much more.

Faculty: The mentors that I have are exceptionally talented and well-qualified. They help and ensure to provide us with all the necessary information in Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, software development, data mining, data analysis, and so on.

Overall: I’m a second-year student in B.Sc(Hons) Computer science at K.R. Mangalam University. We learn in-depth acumen in building software applications and different aspects of the computer science field from the top industry experts and professionals.
