The World College of Technology and Management Gurgaon provides scholarships to their deserving students. These scholarships are based on the scores or percentage obtained by the candidate in their 10th, 12th, Graduation, JEE Mains Rank and Sports Quota. 

A Maximum Scholarship of 50% of Academic Fee is offered to the deserving and eligible students. A stipend upto INR 15000 - 25000 per month approximately is provided.

Library : WCTM central library system offers services to its employees, instructors, and students for maintaining their knowledge and awareness as well as for assisting with research and teaching and learning activities. A comprehensive collection of over 14,000 text books, reference books by recognised and established writers, national and international periodicals and publications, and an air-conditioned multi-media library make up one of the best-maintained, updated libraries for academic needs of students and teachers. World College of Technology and Management library's knowledge base is updated on a regular basis in a variety of formats by adding new texts, reference works, proceedings, reports, abstracts & indexes, encyclopedias, data books, standard journals, and databases on CD-ROM.

Along with the present literature, the essential literature for the new Programs is also purchased in addition to the new material. For the convenience of students, the Learning Resources Center provides resources including maps, CDs, and other audiovisual equipment. The library offers a book bank service to all first-year students.

World College of Technology and Management Computer Centre : The computer centre has I7 computers to support the use of the newest information technology in the institute's teaching, learning, research, and administration; to provide an excellent network environment that facilitates the access and exchange of information; to put innovation in technology transfer to support the institute in its mission; to allow faculty, staff, and students to use the computer and network resources effectively and efficiently; and to put innovation in technology transfer to support the institute in its mission.

Over 350 computer systems make up the computer center, which offers cutting-edge hardware coupled with a broad selection of software, communication, and printing services. The Center of Computing and Networking (CCN), a central facility built in 2007 to serve the needs of the institute's numerous sections and academic departments, is located in a separate building. In terms of computing resources, Internet access, and campus-wide networking, Center boasts among the best infrastructures in the area.

Sun Servers, Pentium computers (core2Duo and AMD), and other cutting-edge equipment are all available at the centre. The CCN has set up and maintains a heterogeneous intranet network with over 1100 nodes running diverse operating systems, including Unix, Windows, and Novell Netware. The centre features a 100 Mbps leased line that is dedicated.

World College of Technology and Management Canteen : The café, which is on the ground level, offers cheap tea, coffee, soft drinks, and fast food items. Regular food quality inspections are conducted by a committee of faculty members.

World College of Technology and Management Mess : The mess facilities are first-rate and feature a spacious, air-cooled dining space where four meals are served daily under the direction of skilled, seasoned cooks. At one time, the mess can hold more than 100 pupils. There is a buffet system in the mess, and purified water is provided for consumption. We place a high value on cleanliness and quality, which is maintained through a regular inspection by the Mess Committee. By forming committees (discipline, mess, sports, and cultural) under the supervision of the students, the hostellers' comfort and discipline are guaranteed.

Transport : WCTM  provides a fleet of buses for students and employees that go to Gurgaon and significant locations in Delhi (such as Ashram, South Ex, AIIMS, Rohini, Janakpuri, and Dwarka) for a reasonable rate. Excellent transportation services are provided by WCTM, covering all important locations in Delhi and Gurgaon. For students and faculty, WCTM offers inexpensive bus service from key locations in Delhi and Gurgaon to nearly the whole city. For each bus, a teacher coordinator is chosen to oversee the pupils' protection and safety.

Sports Facility : Every student at WCTM is encouraged to participate in sports week, and a sports officer is always on hand to offer advice. Sports competitions between colleges are also organised on a regular basis under the direction of qualified professionals.
