Located in the heart of the city of Tatas, the College possesses a student friendly infrastructure, education centre activities and knowledge oriented ambience. Around 8,500 students are enrolled at present pursuing their studies in three faculties and 22 departments. Run and managed by Karimia Trust, Jamshedpur and premanently affiliated to Kolhan University, Chaibasa. Karim City College is known for its discipline, quality services and dedication. Under the empirical approach of our present trustee the College plans to surge ahead in infrastructure facilities with the development of a new campus at Mango. Academic excellence is a pursuit for us and we are constant in our pilgrimage towards House Beautiful. The College had CPE status under 11th plan of UGC. It has been re accredited by NAAC in 2012.
The College NCC unit has many sucess stories. It has been regarded as the backbone of 37th Jharkhand Battalion of the N.C.C. Its cadets have proved their credentials by being selected in the Country's armed forces. Time and again they have been selected as best cadets in different national level camps.The unit is proved that a substantial number of its cadets have been selected to represent Jharkhand in Republic Day Parade at New Delhi. Lt. (Dr.) Fakhruddin Ahmad is nourishing the unit with great motivational force. Enrollment of girls cadets was started in 2009 and within a year the success was outstanding.
National Service Scheme (NSS) is a noble experiment in academic expansion. It inculcates the sprit of voluntary work among students and teachers through sustained community interaction. The main objective of NSS is personality development through community service, acquire leadership qualities and democratic attitude, develop a sense of social & civil responsibility and to extend the National Integration & Social Harmony.
The NSS unit of our College is actively engaged in community and social services in and around the campus, through its regular community development activities on weekends & special camping in adopted villages / areas.
Infrastructure: Having A Large Campus Area This Intreact More Students To Get Free Into The Campus After The Sessions For The Break Likely More About Events And Functions Auditorium Does Also Has A Large Place With Great Ambients To Get A Joyfull Moment
Hostel: As Personally I Didn't Stay At Hostel As My Home Was Just 4 KM Away From The College Campus , But Regarding My Friends Some Of They Lived In Hostel With Which They Have Been Never Dissappointed With The Services And Chose Hostel As A Prefferable Service

Hostel: The girls hostel of college provides the best environment for students. The food and affordable fee structure have made it the best hostel. rooms are neat and clean.

Hostel: Talking about the hostel. There is no hostel facility given by the college and this is a big disadvantage of taking admission here. There are students away from their home. So, there should be hostels.

Hostel: They don't have any hostel facilities, I am talking about sakchi campus, you can easily get pg Or rent rooms near the college campus. And the rental rates are less in Jamshedpur as comparison to other cities in India
Infrastructure: It is a very big camus college and its have two branches in sakchi and mango also because of a lot of students. Ita benfit is that there is no any crowd to the college campus which may diatroy the peace of the college.
Hostel: There is no any hostel for the students but its not a problem becz sakchi is a very big city centre where many rooms are available for porr students at low price
