Overall: Hello, this is my second year at the university and I am happy I made the right decision. Firstly, the university is NAAC A++ accredited and is granted autonomous status by UGC. Secondly, the ambience at the campus is lively. Here equal importance is given to academic and extra curricular activities. For admission, I cracked the university entrance exam i.e. Karunya Entrance Examination (KEE). The exam level was moderate.

Placement: The university has best placement for engineering students. Last year, around 10-12 students from our branch bagged international placements. The placement cell has started training us right from the first year. I have already done a summer internship in a reputed firm.

Infrastructure: The university campus is huge and it covers an area of 700 acres. The campus has a central library, spacious classrooms, computer labs, laboratories etc. For sports enthusiast like me, there are both indoor and outdoor sports facilities.

Faculty: The university has around 400 faculty members. Talking about my department, the faculty is good. The only thing they expect from us is to attend classes regularly. Some of the faculty members are very supportive and act as a mentor for us.

Hostel: The university has individual hostels for boys and girls. There are plenty of options for accommodation. The hostels have double sharing, triple sharing, four sharing etc. rooms. I reside in a double sharing AC room and it costs me Rs 88,000 anually.

Overall: The college is a really good for Christians and good staffs but there is no cultural events or any programs in college, they keep giving us works and it’s very much strict and lot of rules and no entertainment.

Placement: There are lot of company which comes for placements every year, The top and the leading companies come for placement and gives the students few projects for a better placement

Infrastructure: The campus is hugeeee and it got various blocks for different departments and the campus is nearly 300acres with big and modern infrastructures with modern design

Faculty: The staffs here are well experienced and most of them are PHD holders with a minimum of 8+ years teaching experiences and also has a good communication skill

Hostel: The hostel is really good and feels like home, it’s clean neat and the workers come clean up our room every week and clean restrooms and really good staffs

Overall: Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences is one of the reputed institutes in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. It has a very good number of placements which is the most important criteria in today's engineering field. It is also NACC Accredited.

Placement: About 80% of the eligible final year students are placed in well-reputed companies or organisations. Few of our recruiters are Amazon, Infosys, Accenture, CTS, Netapp, etc.

Infrastructure: Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences has a very good infrastructure, be it in campus or hostel. All the classrooms are well-furnished and all the labs are well-equipped. The institute is surrounded by a beautiful surrounding and a wonderful climate throughput the year.

Faculty: Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences gives the students the freedom to choose their own faculty for their respective subjects. The faculty are well-trained and are hardworking. They keep updating themselves with the current technologies and train the students accordingly.

Hostel: The hostels are spacious and have a lot of facilities. The ladies hostel has all kinds of facilities like a departmental store, beauty parlours, fruit shop, food parlours, etc. There are grounds for sports also.

Overall: Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences has its own way in academics and other extra curricular activities. It is well-known for both its placements and sports. The campus has a lot of facilities like Cafe Coffee Day, Canteens with all kinds of food, food streets during events and many more. The culturals is the best part.
