The college campus is surrounded by huge open area of its own. A big pond and trees of tradition within the campus create a sense of ‘Ashramik Life’. The campus with its natural beauty fulfills necessary ecological conditions of an educational institution. The statues of some of the great heroes of the nation in the campus have been the sources of our constant inspiration and lead us to recall a great heritage.
The college has a boys hostel of its own within the campus to provide accommodation to the students, (boys only ) who find it difficult to attend class from their residence due to distance. The management of the hostel including messing is governed by the Hostel Committee and the boarders are required to comply strictly with all the rules and regulation as may be framed by the above committee.

The overall aim of National Service Scheme (N.S.S.) is to give an extended dimension to the higher education system and orient the students to community service while they are studying in educational Institution. The educated youth who are expected to take the reigns of administration in future are found to be unaware of the problems of the village/slum community and in certain cases are indifferent towards their problems and needs. It is therefore necessary to arouse the social conscience of the students and to provide them an opportunity to work with the people of the village and the slums. It is felt that their interaction with the common villagers and slum dwellers will expose them realities of life and bring about a change in their social perception.
