K J Somaiya Institute of Management Launches 6th Batch of MBA for Working Executives Programme

K J Somaiya 6th MBA Batch 2025: K J Somaiya Institute of Management (KJSIM), one of the top business school in India, has started admissions for its new MBA programme designed especially for people who are already working professionals. The application deadline is June 29, 2025, and the course fee is Rs 3,45,000. This program lasts 15 months and is completely online, so working professionals can study without leaving their jobs.

This MBA is made for people with 3 to 15+ years of work experience in different fields like banking, healthcare, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and IT. Candidates from all over India can join this course. The programme helps them learn important skills like managing teams, solving problems, and communicating well. It also teaches how to think carefully and make smart decisions using data and technology.

Right now, many companies in India need leaders who can adapt and handle new challenges. A recent report shows that while more people are getting jobs, many still lack important skills like decision-making and communication. Another study found that many middle managers don’t have the right skills for today’s work. This MBA programme aims to fix that by teaching subjects like finance, data science, artificial intelligence, marketing, and strategy.

Dr. Raman Ramachandran, the head of KJSIM, said, "This MBA is beyond a degree course. It helps working professionals become strong leaders by focusing on technology, analytics, and leadership skills."

The programme includes live online classes, group discussions, and projects. Students also get to study real business cases from Harvard and use special Bloomberg Lab simulations. The programme provides an immersive campus module. After finishing the course, students become part of the KJSIM alumni network, which helps them connect with other professionals and find better job opportunities.
