The College has Lecture, Tutorial and Drawing halls. There is a seminar hall to accommodate 150 people. Each department has got its own departmental Libraries and seminar halls. The common facilities such as Auditorium, Guest House, Canteen, Cafeteria, Gymnasium, Medical Centre, Central Stores, Power House with 200 KVA HT capacity, Diesel Generator of 200KVA Capacity. 

The state of the art laboratories of the engineering and the Applied Sciences Departments of KIT are maintained with an objective to collate the theoretical knowledge with practical skills.

The institute maintains the following labls: Computer centre, Workshops, Chemistry and Physics, Mechanical workshop, Electrical Workshop, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Circuits.

It has been ensured that the hardware, software and the manpower employed in the laboratories is the best among contemporary colleges, The institute is Equipped with high end computers functioning on LAN environment along with the Licensed software. 
 

Well designed, spacious and ultra modern lecture theaters to facilitate Teaching-Learning process. These lecture theaters have comfortable seating arraignments with all modern teaching aids like OHP, LCD Projector, VCD player etc.

The institute provides adequate arrangement for the accommodation for Boys and Girls with Homely environment conducive for studies .Boys and girls hostel having capacity of 150 and 100 students respectively.

Each room accommodates two students well decorated with Furniture, mattress, curtains and study table. Each room is provided with an air-cooler and two ceiling fan. The bathroom is fitted with Geysers. Each hostel has two wardens to take care of students Round the clock. Various recreational facilities like Wi-Fi Internet, TV, Indoor games, like Table Tennis, Magazines and Telephone facility is available in hostel. Others facilities like round the clock vigilant Securities of the campus, 100% captic power back-up are available in hostel.
