Gujarat University offers admission to candidates for various BA specializations for those who clear their class XII exams from a recognized board. Admission to the BA specialisations offered at Gujarat University is based on merit, and there is no separate entrance exam for BA admissions at Gujarat University. There are three types of seats available in Gujarat University's BA degree programme: government, government-aided, and unaided.
