Lady Shri Ram College Placement Overview 2025
The placements for Lady Shri Ram College are managed by its placement cell every year. The cell is responsible for preparing students for placements and bringing recruiters to the campus. As per the placement report for 2024, a total of 150 companies visited the campus for placements offering over 300 job offers. The highest package offered during placements was Rs 37 LPA, while the average package stood at Rs 9 LPA. LSR Delhi placement cell is an active body that facilitates and boosts the job opportunities of the students. It organizes various skill-building workshops for Resumes with the help of organisations like Prowisdom, Amrit India, Mckinsey & Co. Ernst and Young etc. LSR Placement cell is currently headed by 5 Placement coordinators, 2 Internship coordinators, and 1 Treasurer assisted by 20 other members for the smooth functioning of the cell.
Lady Shri Ram College for Women is visited by several top companies for recruitment like Bira, AIG, McKinsey, Citi, Bloomberg, Big 4 Audit etc. The average package offered to LSR students is between 2.40 - 6.30 lakhs per annum while the Lady Shri Ram College highest package is an astronomical amount of 37.8 lacs per annum.
Top Industry giants like Google, Ernst & Young, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, JSW, Willis Tower Watson, Bloomberg, AMD etc visit the LSR campus to hire Interns across all departments of the college. One student bagged a stipend of Rs 2 lakhs for two months from Embarco while two students acquired a stipend of Rs 1 lakh for two months from Google and Ernst & Young respectively. The college also has collaborated with “SWAVALAMBAN” for providing employment opportunities to the underprivileged and specially-abled students.
