The Maharaja Agrasen Technical Education Society provides scholarships to deserving students. Applicants seeking admission to B.Tech must take the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main, which is held throughout the country for admission to various engineering institutes and programs. The GGSIP University also holds a common entrance test (IPU CET) for admission to MBA programs. The college determines its selection based on the candidates' performance in the IPU CET. Students for B.Tech are chosen based on their JEE scores, whereas MBA admission is based only on the candidates' IPU CET/CAT/CMAT scores. 

The Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology curriculum is built on educating students through application-based learning. Aayaam (The Dramatics Society)- The Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology Dramatics Society is one of the most well-known and well-known societies in the Delhi Collegiate Theatre Circuit. Through their theatrical and street performances, society thrives on motivating individuals.

Literary Umbrella- Literary Umbrella, or LitUm, is a literary group at the Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology Rohini Delhi, having origins in a range of literary genres. It is organized into four sections: poetry, creative writing, public speaking, and quizzing.

Aura- Aura, MAIT western dance society, was created in 2007 by a group of dance enthusiasts. Aura's performances include a wide range of styles, including hip-hop, modern, urban, and other types of fusion. The atmosphere provides students with a platform to succeed in this beautiful art form. 

Phrenics- Phrenics is the photography and filmmaking association of Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology. Through the films it creates, it hopes to instill a feeling of social responsibility in its viewers.
