Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology placement process is very straightforward conducted for final year students. In the third year of engineering, companies start going to universities for recruitment. The company is already deciding on the name and the package. There are two types of campus processes, pool campus and gated campus. The company has called for mediation and will participate in the mediation process. The company's hiring rounds will decide what type of process the students will undergo. The standard procedure provides for a written examination after a few expert rounds and in the staff round. After each round, recruiters publish a list of shortlisted candidates who will advance to the next round and where the final list is ready. The final list will contain the names of the selected students in that particular company. Afterward, the company sends the offer letter with all the details.
