Overall: Personally to tell my experiences of college life is a Roller Coaster ride. I was the topper of that very department. So in my opinion the attending the class of Dr. Nanda Das is a pleasure. Besides that I was also experienced the carrom game in our common room.

Faculty: • The faculty of our department is very helpful and knowledgeable as they are not only highly qualified but also kind hearted too. • As the professors are highly qualified in academics you have to be sincere all the time but sometimes that's just not gonna happen and then it's irritating to attend the class and understand nothing.

Overall: My college experience overall is good. In my department , relation between professors and students was good . We could share everything and it helped in our studies too . The professors were more like friends.

Faculty: Since this is a government college, no matter how good the faculty is, the onus is on the student to make use of them and the resources. The H.O.D of English Literature is Professor Parimal Bhattacharya. He is also a renowned writer with books like 'No path in Darjeeling is straight' published by Harper Collins. Professor Pritha Chakraborty will be your favourite surely. The way she manages to be welcoming yet keeping the intricacies of the subject intact, is commendable.

Overall: The Maulana Azad college is one of the best college to pursue the bachelor or master degree in all the subjects specially the science subject of my honours subject is zoology and am doing honours

Faculty: The college provides a much better faculty and management system than most of the colleges in west bengal .The college also take students for tour exhibition and various experiments
