The Methodist College of Engineering & Technology Bangalore offers scholarships to students. The MCET scholarships are provided to the students who are eligible as per the condition of the college. Listed below are the eligibility criteria for MCET Bangalore scholarships for B.E/M.E and MBA students.

MCET Bangalore scholarships eligibility criteria for B.E/M.E and MBA is given below:

• Students belonging to categories SC, ST, BC, EBC, and DW.
• Students from SC/ST category whose annual parental income is less than Rs. Two Lakh and BC, EBC, and disabled students whose parental income is less than Rs. One Lakh. 
• Students should not be admitted under sponsored seas and management quota seats to avail of the MCET scholarship. 

Stipends for M.E Courses

The college will not provide a stipend. However, if the Government of India/AICTE approves a stipend/scholarship, it will be paid to the qualifying GATE qualified applicants. When the number of AICTE/Govt. of India-sponsored scholarships is less than the number of non-sponsored GATE eligible candidates, the scholarship would be allocated based on GATE merit.

Students who are not Eligible for MCET Scholarship

• Students who belong to other categories other than SC, ST, BC, EBC, and DW.
• SC/ST students whose annual parental income is more than Rs. Two Lakh and BC, EBC, and disabled students whose parental income is more than Rs. One Lakh.
• All students pursuing part-time courses and online courses are not eligible for the scholarship
• Students admitted under sponsored seats and management quota seats.
