Established in 2017, MOSC Institute of Allied Health Sciences Ernakulum offers its services as an educational institution under the ambit of MOSC Medical Mission. The Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church took the initiative of the MOSC Medical Mission nearly 5 decades ago with the aim of caring for the sick as an act of surrender to God. MOSC Institute of Allied Health Sciences Ernakulum is the newest addition to the MOSC Medical College and is affiliated to the Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS).

In a bid to provide paramedical education under its administration, the MOSC Institute of Allied Health Sciences offers one postgraduate course in Hospital Administration. The 2-year course has been designed with the aim of providing skilled and qualified Hospital Administrators such as HR Officers, Managers, Supervisors, Drug Trial Consultants, administrative officers and more.
