The courses offered are as follows:
Duration : 4 years course (3+1 year internship) affiliated to Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS)
Intake per year - 30 students
Eligibility - Candidates should have passed Higher secondary examination with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English. Should have 17 years of age as on 31st December of the admission year.
Duration : - 2 years course affiliated to Kerala University of Health Sciences (KUHS)
Intake per year - 12 students
Eligibility - B.Sc., Optometry Degree from KUHS or other universities recognized as equivalent to KUHS with a minimum of 55% marks.
Duration : 2 years
After completion of the course the students can undergo an internship for a period of 3 years in various specialty departments.
Eligibility : Candidates who have passed plus two Examination of the Board of Public Examinations, Kerala or any other examination recognized by the Board of Public Examination, Kerala as equivalent there to are eligible to apply. The candidate must have secured an aggregate of 40% marks in Optional Subjects put together.
No of Seats : 30 seats / batch (50% Seats reserved under Govt. Merit Quota)
