The College Library contains more than 70,000 text and reference books.
Students can borrow books for a maximum period of 14 days. A fine of 20 paise per book will be charged for each day of delay up to a maximum period of 16 days.Thereafter for each day for each book a fine of 50 paise will be levied till the book is returned in order to ensure wide circulation of particular books.
Library books are not transferable. No books will be issued on behalf of other students.
No student is allowed to keep books with him/her during the Summer vacation.
If a book is lost, damaged, mutilated, or defaced by a borrower, he/she has to pay ten times the catalogue price of the book or replace it with a later edition of the book.
A book once issued to a borrower may be reissued to him only if nobody wants to take the book.
Each borrower must examine the condition of the books before they are issued; otherwise in the case of mutilation discovered later the presumption will be against the borrower.
Student borrowers are informed that in case they fail to drop their requisition slips with Library cards on the scheduled date they will be allowed to drop their requisition slips and Library cards on the next issue date. No slips and Library Cards will be accepted on the issue date.
Students should return the General Library books borrowed by them before filling in their forms for the Term-End Examinations. This should be treated as most important. This rule is applicable to all categories of examinees and examinations.
Perfect silence should be maintained at the time of library transaction.
No students should ordinarily enter the Library without the prior permission of the Sr. Librarian.
The time for transaction of books for the library is from 11 A.M. to 2 P.M..
Students should produce their Identity cards and Library cards at the time of Library transaction.
If the Library card is lost, a duplicate card can be reissued after depositing Rs. 2.00 (Rupees two only) at the office collection counter.
Students are required to produce money receipts at the time of issue of new Library Card.
Any other articles such as personal books and belongings should not be brought into the library permises.

Application for admission to a hostel be addressed to the Principal in the prescribed fonn. Allotment ofhostel seats will be made by the Principal. No student can claim, as a matter of right, to continue in a particular hostel where he was a resident during the previolls year.The MPC Autonomous College accommodates the students in its hostels. It has separate hostels for boys and girls of both undergraduate and post graduate courses. The hostels have inherited the idyllic milieu being located within the campus.

Infrastructure: The college's facilities are beautiful, clean, and well-organized. The campus is generally great, with nice classrooms, a large library, a workshop, and a fine canteen.
Hostel: The hostel accommodations are superb. The rooms are spacious and equipped with all of the amenities that students require, including shared beds, work tables, and plenty of storage space. The mess food is nutritious, clean, and delicious. The entire atmosphere of the hostel is secure and safe.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is well the campus is not too big but it is well maintained. The campus has wifi access but it is available only for teacher. There are 2 libraries in college the law library has pc and all books are available. The class are also well maintained and Clean.
Hostel: The hostel of University is very good; it gives a feeling like home. They provide students with a good internet connection. The food at hostel is outstanding, they provide food with good quality.

Hostel: Good room . Good electric system light fan are ok. But meal chief in quality. The location of the hostel is near college which is easy to go to college class. Very peaceful hostel and it is 1km distance from the main road which is out of noise pollution.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure development in this college is good,by nua odisha project our cm Nabin patnayak newly changed the college building and grounds.it is the best in this college.
Hostel: MPC has 2 boy's hostel and 2 girls hostel.hostel building are too large or neat and clean.food facilities are vary nice. they have portional play group.

Infrastructure: This college was established in 1948 and it has been 75years plus this is a govt aided school.. So the infrastructure isn't good as private college or anything grand but new buildings are still in process
