Passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) or an equivalent examination securing in aggregate not less than 45% of the total marks for general candidates and not less than 40% for SC/ST/OBC candidates.(b) Not completed 20 years of age (22 years for SC/ST) on 1st June of the year of admission.

Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with at least 45% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST candidates) can apply for admission into the Programme. Those awaiting for their final year results can also apply for admission in the Programme.

A candidate for admission to the LL.M. Course must have LL.B. / Five Year Integrated degree in Law from a recognized University with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST candidates).
