NLSIU Bangalore CLAT Round 2 Cutoff 2024: The Round 2 CLAT cutoff 2024 for NLSIU Bangalore has been released today, January 8. During the Round 1 counselling, the cutoff rank for the General category was 4,937 (admission closed with the PWD-W category). NLSIU Bangalore has been the most opted NLU by the top rankers of CLAT 2024, and the number of vacant seats available for Round 2 is limited.
NLSIU Bangalore Round 1 CLAT Cutoff 2024: The National Law School of India University, Bangalore has increased the student intake capacity from 180 to 240 seats in AY 2023-24 for the BA LLB (Hons) programme and from 75 to 100 seats for the LLM programme. These seats are subject to vertical and horizontal reservations as per the reservation criteria of the institute, detailed further below. For all such vertically reserved categories, NLSIU Bangalore CLAT Round 1 cutoff 2024 released on December 10, is elaborated here in detail in terms of their opening and closing ranks. The fee structure at NLSIU Bangalore is Rs 3,23,815/- for the SC/ST categories and Rs 3,27,815/- for all other categories. The fee is the same for LLB as well as LLM.

CLAT 2025 Result Ranks to be Revised: The Delhi High Court has issued a directive to the Consortium of National Law Universities (CNLU) regarding the revision of results for the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2025 undergraduate examination. This decision follows a thorough examination of the awarding of marks for two specific questions that were contested by a petitioner. The court upheld the petitioner’s challenge concerning question 14 of the exam. After reviewing the marking scheme, the court ordered that candidates who selected option ‘C’ for this question be awarded marks, as it was confirmed to be the correct answer. This decision is significant, as it will positively impact all candidates who answered accordingly, potentially altering their overall scores and admission prospects.
CLAT First Seat Allotment 2025 Delayed: The Delhi High Court has recently issued directives to the Consortium of National Law Universities regarding the re-evaluation of the CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) merit list. This intervention arises from concerns raised by the Court about the accuracy of certain responses included in the final answer key for CLAT 2025. In light of this situation, the Court has mandated a comprehensive review and revision of the merit list to ensure fairness in the evaluation process. Hence, the announcement of the CLAT 2025 Round 1 allotment is postponed as the authorities approach SC against the revised marking scheme.
CLAT 2025 NLU Trichy category-wise seats encompass a total of 28 seats for the general category for BA LLB Hons course, 17 seats in general category for B.Com LLB Hons, and 18 seats in general category for the LLM course. There are also seats reserved for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and supernumerary as well to ensure that everyone gets an equal opportunity as far as the admission process is concerned. NLU Trichy offers a total of 180 seats for its B.Com LLB Hons, BA LLB Hons, and LLM courses.
CLAT 2025 NLU Visakhapatnam category-wise seats encompass 55 seats in total for its general category of candidates for the BA LLB Hons course, whereas, the institute holds 27 seats in general category for its LLM course. There are reserved seats for other categories as well in All India and Andhra Pradesh state along with seats for foreign citizens.
CLAT 2025 NLU Ranchi category-wise seats encompass a total of 261 seats for its BA LLB Hons, BBA LLB Hons, and LLM courses. Out of 261, 134 seats belong to BA LLB Hons course, 67 seats belong to BBA LLB Hons course, and 60 seats are available for the LLM course. NLU Ranchi ranks at 22nd spot in the NIRF ranking 2024 which reflects its robust legal education and an industry oriented syllabi which helps its students gain excellent job opportunities in legal domain and beyond.
