PSNA Dindigul has its own training and placement cell that looks after the overall placement activities. The PSNA training and placement cell gives proper guidance to its students to brush up their skills and domain knowledge to make them industry ready. Along with it, the PSNA placement cell also provides valuable insights into analytical and interpersonal skills. PSNA College of Engineering and Technology organises internships for pre-final year students during the summer and winter holiday sessions. All the activities concerning the PSNA internships are carried forward by the training and placement cell division. Internship opportunities are provided to PSNA students at leading companies and industries so that they are well-prepared and possess the necessary skills to grab a high salary package at the PSNA placement drive. Along with the training, the PSNA College of Engineering and Technology conducts standardised tests, conducts workshops, and provides certificate courses that are required to land a good job offer at the PSNA Dindigul placement. 

Moreover, the placement cell at PSNA makes sure that all the employability services are up-to-date. Other infrastructure facilities include well-furnished air-conditioned rooms to practise mock GDs, air-conditioned Halls with a state-of-the-art audio-visual support system, computer laboratories with the latest software applications, tailor-made books and reference materials. PSNA Placement 2022

As per the PSNA placement report 2022, out of the total registered students, 90% of the students were placed across various top companies like Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Zoho, IBM, Infosys, Accenture, Reliance, ICICI Bank, etc. The PSNA highest salary package was recorded at Rs 15.14 LPA in the 2022 placement drive at the PSNA College of Engineering and Technology. A total of 1401 offers were made in the PSNA campus placement drive 2022. The top five PSNA recruiters which recruited the highest number of students were Cognizant, Tata Elxsi, Wipro, TCS, and Accenture. Cognizant recruited a total of 222 students, Tata Elxsi recruited a total of 105 students, followed by Wipro, who recruited a total of 95 students in the PSNA placement drive 2022.
