The library is a collection of information sources, resources and services. A well stocked library is a back bone of any institution. The library of the pharmacy college comprises of a specious, well furnished and illuminated hall spread over more than 2300 sq. feet area with a seating capacity for more than 150 students. Library Collection: - Pushpagiri College of Pharmacy has a unique collection of books. The library also has a good number of journals with six years bounded back volumes. The e-journal subscription started from 2010-2011 academic years. The CD – ROM collection include different subjects support the digital resources of the library. The reprographic facility is also available in the library. Computerisation:- The library is computerized. Through the following facilities, the user communities will have unique advantage of the library services. Circulation services Internet services CD-ROM services.The Institute has an air-conditioned Computer Lab for student. The lab holds many personal computers & 1 powerful server. Students may use the lab to do project work or research, generate print output, and to practice using software applications commonly found in the workplace. A internet connection is also available in Computer Lab. A lab monitor is available to assist students with computer related issues. All the computers are connected via a Local Area Network.Counseling means ‘Providing advice, support and consultation’ and the Counseling Cell of the College is geared to provide it to the students.College students face important and often difficult decisions. Counselors are available to provide the support necessary for students to achieve success on their lifelong learning journey.Students can be assured of a confidential setting in which to explore their concerns, educational goals, interests or any other problems. Counselors assist students in developing personal skills for success. Counselors are listeners for those who are struggling and voices for those who confide their learning hurdles. Counselors are also available to provide crisis intervention and professional referrals to students. Each teacher is allotted 10 students.
