Quantum University Admission 2024 - The university conducts an entrance cum scholarship exam for admission in various courses. Q-Care registration is ongoing for all four categories - Q-Care I, Q-Care II, Q-Care III and Q-Care IV. The exam window will open on February 15, 2024. Quantum University admission 2024 is ongoing. CUET scores are also accepted for B.Pharm, B.Sc, BMRIT, BMLT, BCA, B.Com, BBA, BA, BHM, BA LLB and BBA LLB admission. Quantum University B.Tech admission is based on JEE Main/CUET-UG scores. M.Tech admission in the university is based on GATE and for Quantum University MBA admission CAT/MAT/XAT/NMAT scores are considered. UKSEE scores are also accepted for admission in B.Pharm, B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA and MBA. Moreover, GPAT score is accepted for admission in pharmacy courses. For admission in Diploma in Pharmacy, CUET score is accepted. Quantum University conducts its own entrance exam for PhD admission.
Q-Care is the entrance cum scholarship test of Quantum University. It is an MCQ-based test with one-hour duration. Q-Care exam is held in four versions for multiple courses. Q-Care I is for B.Tech (Hons), B.Tech, integrated B.Tech+MBA, Diploma in Engineering, BCA, BSc (IT), BSc (Hons) - Physics, BSc (Hons)-Chemistry and BSc (Hons) - Mathematics. Q-Care II is held for B.Pharma, D.Pharma, BSc (Hons) – Agriculture, BSc (Hons) - Food Processing, BSc -Nutrition & Dietetics and BMRIT courses. Q-Care III is for BCom, BCom (Hons), BCom (Banking and Insurance), BBA, BA (Hons) English, BA (Hons) Economics, BA (Hons) Psychology, BA (Hons) Journalism and Mass Communication, BA (Hons) – JEP (Journalism, English & Political Science), BSc – Animation and VFX, BSc- UI & Graphics Design, BHM, CHM, BA-LLB, BBA- LLB and integrated BBA+MBA and Q-Care IV is for MBA.
Quantum University offers admissions to undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral level programmes in a full-time mode in areas such as engineering, computer applications, management, media studies and design, commerce and finance, sciences, humanities and social sciences, agriculture studies, health science, hospitality and tourism and law. Quantum University admission process includes meeting the eligibility criteria, registration on the official website, filing the application form, attending counselling, etc.
STEP 1: Quantum University Application Process 2024
Candidates need to complete their registration and pay the registration fee before proceeding with the Quantum University application process. Quantum University registration fee is Rs 1,200. Registration also includes filling out the application form and verifying the documents which is done in online or one-to-one mode
STEP 2: Selection Rounds/Release of Selection List
After the students have registered, candidates are shortlisted based on their merit or entrance exam scores depending on the courses opted. Candidates who have registered for Q-Care need to apply for the exam on the specified date to avail scholarships at the time of admission
STEP 3: Counselling
Shortlisted candidates then need to register for counselling. At the time of counselling, candidates need to bring in their documents in original and photocopy and pay Rs 15,000 through DD.
STEP 4: Admission Confirmation
After completion of counselling, candidates will be shared the final merit list. Shortlisted candidates then need to get their documents verified and pay the admission fee. Candidates must note that 25% of seats are reserved for Uttarakhand candidates. Also, they are entitled to 31% scholarship on tuition fee, upon meeting the eligibility criteria.
Quantum University counselling is organised every year. Candidates need to register for counselling online by visiting the official website. At the time of counselling, candidates need to carry the following documents in original and photocopy- Class 12 mark sheet, Class 10 mark sheet & certificate, graduation mark sheet, post-graduation mark sheet, valid JEE/UKSEE/GATE/GPAT/NET/CAT/MAT score as applicable, domicile certificate for Uttarakhand students and four recent passport size colour photographs. Registration: Depending on the programme, candidates need to register online by submitting an application form online. Quantum University registration form is available at www.quantumuniversity.edu.in/apply-online.
Counselling Dates: Candidates will be intimated about the counselling dates in their registered email ID or phone number.
Counselling Session: Candidatesneed to attend the counselling on the specified date and select their course of choice. They need to bring along with them the relevant documents.
Fee Payment: At the time of counselling candidates need to pay a fee of Rs 15,000 through a demand draft drawn in favour of “Quantum University “, payable at Dehradun.
Verification of Documents: Finally, candidates need to get their documents verified by the university officials. This will mark the end of the counselling process at Quantum University.
Quantum University UG admission is done taking into consideration the scores obtained by candidates in the entrance exams specified for the respective courses. Candidates must make sure that they meet the Quantum University eligibility criteria for UG courses before applying. Quantum University application process can be carried out in three ways, namely, online, offline, and, one-to-one. It begins with Quantum University registration and paying a registration fee of Rs 1, 200.
