About SHUATS
Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences (SHUATS Allahabad) is situated in the Uttar Pradesh state of India. Established in 1910, SHUATS has received "A Grade" accreditation from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), a subsidiary of the University Grants Commission (UGC). The University was given an "A" rating by MHRD. Both the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR) and the ICFRE (Indian Council of Forest Research Education) have given the accreditation to SHUATS in 2009 & 2010, respectively. Association of Indian Universities (AIU), International Association of Universities (IAU), Association of Commonwealth Universities, All India Association for Christian Higher Education (AIACHE) and Global Consortium of Higher Education and Research for Agriculture (GCHERA) all recognise the University as a member.
Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences offers 203 courses across 16 streams namely Commerce and Banking, Design, Engineering, Management, and IT. It is expected that for admission to any university in Odisha (or any university in any other state), you would need your degree from SHUATS Allahabad.
