As per the latest media reports for the IIT Kanpur placements 2024-25, a total of 579 offers were given as campus placements in which 13 students received international job offers from top recruiters like Microsoft, Texas Instruments, Databricks, Google, American Express, SLB, and Deutsche Bank. 523 students got placements in a combination of Pre-Placements Offers and Campus placements. IIT Kanpur Highest Package 2024-25 is 37 LPA and the average package offered is 8 LPA. The complete report for the IIT Kanpur placements is yet to be released by the placement committee.

As per the placement reports of 2023-24 average package of IIT Kanpur stands at INR 26.27 LPA. As per the official reports, 576 B.Tech students have been successfully placed via IIT Kanpur Placements 2024. The average package for B.Tech CSE is INR 52.80 LPA with a placement percentage rate of 95.90%.
