SMVDU Admissions 2024 is ongoing for UG and PG courses.For BTech admission, applicants need to qualify for JEE Main. Candidates who will qualify JEE Main can further take part in BTech admissions at SMVDU. NTA has declared JEE Main session 2 result on April 24, 2024. Following the result, NTA will now conduct JoSAA counselling from June 2024 tentatively. Candidates who qualified for JEE Main 2024 can register for JoSAA from June 10, 2024.
To pursue MBA at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, candidates must have a valid CAT, MAT or CMAT score. Lastly, for SMVDU PhD admission, a NET, SLET or GATE score is a bonus. The viva or personal interview is an integral part of Phd admission process at SMVDU.

To apply for B.Tech admission at SMVDU, candidates must qualify for JEE Mains or JEE Advanced. The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) or Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) will declare merit lists as well as allocate institutes to the deserving candidates based on the JEE scores. The SMVDU MBA admission is based on the CUET, CAT, MAT or CMAT score followed by a group discussion or viva conducted by the concerned faculties. Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University offers PhD programmes in subjects like Biotechnology, Computer Science & Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, English and so on.
