The Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board (NCWEB) was established in 1943 under the Delhi University Act. Under NCWEB, girl students have an option to study undergraduate and postgraduate courses at the designated NCWEB Teaching Centres that have been approved by Delhi University. NCWEB colleges of Delhi University hold special coaching classes on weekends or academic breaks and are not required to attend regular classes. There are a total of 26 NCWEB Colleges in Delhi University that conduct courses for women that not only provide infrastructure for education but also have library access where the students can invest more time in learning and reading. NCWEB colleges in Delhi University are open to female candidates who reside in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
NCWEB colleges in Delhi University follows a unique study pattern as the classes take place on Sundays, leaving students with six working days to follow their dreams and study side by side.
