10+2 with overall aggregate marks(50%) + Mathematics(Minimum passing marks) + NATA score
Admission to B.Arch Programme is based on the National Aptitude Test for Architecture and Secondary and Higher Secondary School Score (50 +50), which is as per norms of Council of Architecture. University Admits the candidates for B.Arch Programme based on the merit list prepared from the said score. Candidates from the Merit list according to the order of merit are called for counseling by the University. The candidates are called by the University till the sanctioned seats are filled.
Admission of students to the M. Arch. (UD) programme will be governed by the following regulations:
Minimum of 50% aggregate marks in a Bachelors of Architecture degree programme. (Weightage 50%)
Duly filled up form (online) along with a statement of Purpose of not more than 1000 words submitted at the admissions office.
An interview session for the shortlisted applicants along with a portfolio of work. (Weightage 50%)
Admission of students to the M. Arch. (UD) programme will be governed by the following regulations:

An aspirant should have passed 10+2 with 50% marks each in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination and NATA Score or JEE Main Paper -2 scores..
Admission will be based on the score of entrance examination NATA or JEE Main Paper -2. The weight age for composite merit index is 10+2 marks (50%) + NATA Score (50%) or 10+2 marks (60%) + JEE Main Paper – 2 (40%).

An aspirant should have scored 50% aggregate marks in Bachelors of Architecture degree course.

An aspirant should have bachelor’s degree in Architecture/ Planning /Civil Engineering or master’s degree in Geography / Economics / Sociology / from any University / institutions in India or Abroad recognized by the Government of India with at least 55% marks or equivalent. These norms may be relaxed for SC and ST candidates, as per government rules. GATE aspirants will be given preference.
