Tagore Engineering College Chennai currently offers admission into a total of 7 undergraduate and 6 postgraduate courses in addition to a handful of research programmes across two streams - Engineering & Technology and Business Administration. At the ug level, TEC Chennai offers admission into the B.E and B.Tech degree programme in specializations like mechanical engineering, information technology, electronics & communication engineering, computer science engineering and aeronautical engineering. At the postgraduate level, courses such as ME in CSE and Environmental Engineering are offered along with the MBA programme.

Tagore Engineering College B.E/B.Tech Selection Process 2021

Students are chosen based on their performance in Tamil Nadu’s HSC examination and through Anna University Chennai’s counselling process (TNEA counselling process). Candidates may also apply directly for admission into the college through the Management Quota.

Candidates applying for M.E/MBA admission at Tagore Engineering College must have passed an adequate undergraduate degree examination from Anna University, Chennai or any other recognized examination 

Tagore Engineering College M.E/MBA Selection Process 2021

Candidates are selected for the M.E/MBA programmes of TEC Chennai based on their performance in the TANCET examination, conducted by Anna University on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Government. Through the Management Quota system, aspiring candidates may also apply for direct admission at TEC Chennai
