The total area of the land available with farm is 38.74 ha. Out of this, area under roads & buildings, mango orchard, research and under commercial seed production programme is 6.00, 6.08, 4.0, and 16.0 ha, respectively. Total institutional area is fully irrigated through unground pipe line irrigation system. There are seven tube wells in the farm for irrigation as well as drinking purposes. The farm is having a threshing floor, implement shed and a seed godown.Farm is protected with the wall fencing. Farm is providing basic facilities for teaching, research and instructional purposes. Farm is also running a seed grader under seed processing plant for commercial seed production.
