Teachers' Training College Campus Facilities - Hostel Fees, Infrastructure, Address

The Teachers’ Training College, Silchar is well furnished with a Central Library cum reading room where a no. of books, educational journals, magazines, newspapers etc. are there as per their course syllabus. Students from all semesters can avail those books through their respective library cards which are generally issued separately at the time of admission. The College is enriched with a huge hostel which is built within the campus of the college. However, the hostel is only meant for the boys who are coming from the other places to chase their dreams by getting the said degree. The procedure and system in getting the hostel facility are given in detail in the syllabus. The college is well equipped with the laboratories including computers, video and audio players, O.H.P. etc. along with internet facility. The College is nourished with a play ground so that the hostelers can refresh their nerves along with muscles by playing different outdoor games with their own accordance.  The college has been rendering extension services like short term training programme on NCTE, UGC, SCERT, NIPCEED, ICSSR, university programmes etc. from time to time.
