Vidhyadeep University accepts applications in both online and offline modes. The main online admission portal is available on the university website. For B.Tech and Diploma courses, students must also apply on the ACPC portal because applying only on the university website is not enough for ACPC-based admissions. - Open vidhyadeepuni.ac.in and click 'Apply Now' or 'Admission 2026-27' on the homepage.
- Register with your mobile number and email ID. An OTP is sent for verification. Set a password for your account.
- Log in and select the Faculty and Programme you wish to apply for.
- Fill Section 1: Personal Details — full name (as per 10th certificate), date of birth, gender, category, nationality, domicile state, and contact details.
- Fill Section 2: Academic Details — qualifying exam board, year of passing, percentage, and subject-wise marks for relevant subjects.
- Fill Section 3: Entrance Exam Details — GUJCET rank/percentile (B.Tech/B.Pharm), NEET score (BHMS/Nursing), CAT/MAT/CMAT score (MBA), or GATE score (M.Tech). If no entrance exam is required, skip this section.
- Upload documents: passport-size photo (JPG, max 100 KB), signature (JPG, max 50 KB), 10th marksheet (PDF, max 500 KB), 12th marksheet (PDF, max 500 KB), qualifying degree certificate for PG (PDF, max 1 MB), Aadhaar card copy (PDF, max 500 KB), and category certificate if applicable (PDF, max 500 KB).
