As per the guidelines, only candidates who surpass the minimum required cutoff will be allowed to register for counselling, while those falling below the cutoff will not be permitted to proceed. PRABANJAN J of Tamil Nadu and BORA VARUN CHAKRAVARTHI of Andhra Pradesh are tied for first place with 720 points. PRANJAL AGGARWAL of Punjab is the female winner, with 715 points, and ranks fourth overall in India.
