M.Des in Interior Design is a 2-year Master's Degree Program (M.Des) for candidates to pursue after successfully completing the 12th grade. The course consists of four semesters in which students are taught the art as well as the science of interior decorating residences and buildings, to make them more comfortable, attractive, and useful to human beings. Students are ranked according to the results of their performance in a subsequent round of counseling and in the entrance test. Some institutes also provide this course on a part-time basis.
