About MBA in Safety Management

MBA in Safety Management is a two-year master program available for the candidates who hold a bachelor degree in safety management. The program deals with training related to safety measures and procedure at organisation and company. A Fire Protection and Safety Manager is responsible for inspecting, managing and ensuring the presence of all fire protection and safety procedures. The fire and safety manager also make sure that the organisation is equipped with facilities of the required standard. Students who are interested in managing all safety and fire-related activities can apple for the master level program. Besides this, he or she must have good communication, managerial and decision making skills. 

The duration of MBA in safety management is two years. Some of the major subjects which will be taught to the students are Fire Safety, Laws pertaining to Fire Hazards at commercial workplaces, Role of Executives at time of Hazard and Precautions to avoid such hazards. The two year MBA program in safety management is also included with a training period in which the students are exposed to real-life situations and challenges related to fire safety. Candidates will have to attend the training period else they will not be awarded the degree.

MBA in Safety Management Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who are seeking admission in the two year MBA in Safety Management program must have cleared any bachelor degree in a related discipline. He or she must have scored at least 50% marks to get selected. Besides this, the candidate must have passed 12th and 10th examination from any recognized board.
