NIT Patna B.Tech Mechanical Engineering admissions for 2025 are being conducted through JEE Main. The JEE Main Session 2 results were announced on May 23, 2025. The last date to apply for B.Tech Mechanical Engineering at NIT Patna through the Study in India portal was June 5, 2025. The list of selected students will be released on June 30, 2025.
NIT Patna’s JEE Main cutoff ranks for Mechanical Engineering in 2024 were 31,771 to 36,958 for the General category, 5,838 to 6,674 for SC, and 2,232 to 2,334 for ST. The 2025 cutoffs are expected to be in a similar range.
JoSAA 2025 seat allocation results for round 1, which include NIT Patna and IIT Patna, has been released on June 14, 2025. Subsequent rounds will continue through June and July 2025.
