NIT Patna admission 2024 for BTech will start with JoSAA registration from June 10, 2024 onwards. Students will need a JEE Main 2024 scorecard for the JoSAA counselling process. Further, GATE score is required for MTech admission at NIT Patna.
Candidates need documents for admission such as JEE Main scorecard (For B.Tech and B.Arch), JEE main allotment certificate issued by JoSAA (For B.Tech and B.Arch), GATE Rank certificate (For M.Tech and M.Plan), Class X Board or similar Examination Passing Certificate, Class X or similar Mark Sheet, Class XII or similar Mark Sheet, Class XII or similar Provisional Certificate/ Original Certificate, Character Certificate (recent),SC/ST/PwD/CW/KM Certificate (in the name of the Applicant) issued by the competent authority, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Certificate (in the name of the Applicant) issued by the competent authority, Transfer Certificate from School/ College as well as Migration Certificate from Board/ University. (For B.Tech and B.Arch) and at least two passport-size self-attested photographs.
Admissions to the 5 years Integrated M.Sc courses are done by evaluating 10+2 or similar level examination marks and in the entrance exam conducted by NIT Patna. The candidate who is looking forward to studying 5 years Integrated M.Sc course in NIT Patna must have studied in a Science stream in 10+2 or a similar level from any recognized central or state board of education.
JEE Main 2023 will be conducted between January 24 and February 12, 2023. JEE Main score is important for NIT Patna B.Tech admission. NIT Patna offers a B.Tech degree in five different specializations. Candidates who are seeking admission have to clear JEE-Main. The final selection shall be based on the candidate's 12th result & JEE score followed by counselling.
