JEE Advanced Counselling Dates 2025

The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) which is in charge of conducting the JEE Advanced counselling 2025 will release the dates pertaining to the JEE Advanced counselling process 2025. JEE Advanced 2025 Exam Timings

The JEE advanced examination has two paper, paper 1 and paper 2. Each of these papers is for a time duration of 3 hours (each). Applicants have to attend both the exam mandatorily. There are multiple choice questions in the exam (MCQ’s) and numerical answer type (NAT) questions. Check the table here for the JEE advanced exam timing for both the papers. 

Both the papers in the JEE advanced 2025 exam carry equal weightage and the exam is scheduled for both of them on the same day.

JEE Advanced 2025 Important Events & Schedule

• JEE Advanced 2025 application form date 

The JEE Advanced 2025 application form date will be released by the authorities on the official website in the schedule. The tentative date for the application form to release is April, 2025. Applicants should know the last date to register and pay the application fees to not miss the application form submission deadline. JEE Advanced registrations are only for the candidates who have clarified their JEE main exam. 

• JEE Advanced 2025 admit card date 

JEE Advanced 2025 admit card is expected to be released in May 3rd week in online form. The applicants can download the admit card from the official website and keep a copy with them. Admit card is an important & mandatory document for sitting in the JEE Advanced 2025 exam. The candidates can access their admit cards online by logging in with their JEE main 2024 application and DOB (date of birth).

• JEE Advanced 2025 exam date 

The JEE Advanced 2025 exam date is not yet released by the examination authorities. The JEE Advanced exam is expected to be held in May, 2025. Applicants will be appearing for 2 papers. Both have sections from the physics, chemistry, and mathematics syllabus. Applicants should keep the admit card downloaded before the exam date. 

• JEE Advanced 2025 answer key date 

The JEE Advanced 2025 provisional answer key is expected to be released in June, 2025 and applicants can raise objections against. After that the final answer key for the JEE Advanced 2025 will also be released in the third week of June tentatively. Applicants can use the answer key to check the responses and calculate their scores in the exam. 

• JEE Advanced 2025 result date 

The JEE Advanced 2025 result is expected to be declared in June, 2025. The authorities release all the JEE Advanced important dates in the schedule. Applicants can check the result on the official website by logging in with their credentials. Download and keep the result handy with your for future reference and admissions. There is no hard copy that is sent to the candidates for the result so download the result from the official website. 

• JEE Advanced 2025 counseling date 

The JEE Advanced 2025 counseling is conducted by the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) in June, 2025 (tentatively). The schedule for the JoSAA is available after the JEE Advanced result is out. JEE Advanced 2025 counseling is held in different rounds by JoSAA. The counseling process includes the registration, choice filling (colleges & courses), allocation of seats, verification of documents, and reporting at the college. Applicants who have not appeared for JEE Advanced but have a rank in JEE mains can also appear for the JoSAA rounds directly. 

• JEE Advanced 2025 choice filling date

The JEE Advanced 2025 choice filling will be conducted in June 2025 (tentatively) Applicants can fill in their choice of course & college in order of preference. The choice filling window opens after the JoSAA 2025 counseling registration. Choice filling is a very important process and the choices filled in by the applicants will only be considered by the examination authorities. 

• JEE Advanced 2025 seat allotment date

The JEE Advanced 2025 seat allotment is likely to be held after each of the 5 rounds, the 5th round is the final round. Once the seats are allocated applicants need to do the reporting process to confirm the seat. They are required to get the document verified, pay the fees, and report to their desired college. Check the seat allotment status after each round by logging in with the user ID, roll number, and password.
